Senior Helpers is seeking a Caregiver Development Coordinator in Wisconsin to train and mentor new caregivers, ensuring high-quality home care for our seniors. The role includes developing onboarding sessions, classroom training, and ongoing education to support staff success.
This full-time position requires travel between Racine and Milwaukee locations and to client homes, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
