Job summary

Inspire is seeking a detail-oriented contracts administrator to draft and manage franchise transaction documents for new developments, openings, transfers, amendments, and terminations in accordance with franchise law and company policy.

The role involves administering development agreements, updating databases, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation while handling high volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; English or Law degrees preferred
• Paralegal Certification preferred
• 1–2 years franchising or contracts administration experience preferred
• Experience drafting legal documents using templates

Responsibilities

• Draft transaction documents for new development, openings, transfers, amendments, and terminations in line with franchise law and Inspire policies
• Administer franchise development and franchise agreements and disclosure requirements
• Update contract information in databases
• Support cross-functional team members
• Process high volume transactions quickly, ensuring delivery to franchisees or company representatives and proper enclosure of funds
• Assist with domestic franchise development tasks

Job description

Responsibilities

• Accurately draft all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, and/or terminations in accordance to franchise law and Inspire policies
• Assist with the administration of with all aspects of the franchise related development and franchise agreements and franchise disclosure requirements
• Update all contract related information into applicable databases
• Support cross-functional team members
• Complete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due
• Other tasks as required to support domestic franchise development

Education and Experience Qualifications

• Required Minimum: 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience (English or Law degrees preferred)
• Preferred Minimum: 1-2 years of work experience in franchising and/or contracts administration
• Preferred Minimum: Paralegal Certification

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite & database management
• Experience drafting legal documents using templates
• Experience reading and understanding complex documents
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Self-starter/ability to work independently to maintain workload
• Proven ability to think critically when faced with new challenges
• Ability to successfully form business relationships with franchisees and cross-functional team members

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities

• General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industry
• Proficiency with FRM, Salesforce, DocuSign and Oracle
• Experience with interpreting entity documents
