PPL Corporation is seeking a Construction Lead to ensure constructability is integrated during the development phase of transmission line and substation projects. You will perform an initial constructability review and create the CWOS with outage considerations.
You will coordinate with Siting, Permitting, Right of Way, Environmental, and Operations teams, lead field walks, reviews, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with safety and company policies.

The Construction Lead is directly responsible for ensuring that all construction requirements and intelligence are integrated into the conceptual design throughout the development phase of a project. He / she will be responsible for performing the initial constructability review which will include the creation of the preliminary construction work outage sequence (CWOS) and site risk identification and mitigation. Must be a team player capable of working with management, project managers, engineering, project controls and contractors. Must be capable of coordinating and influencing a wide range of functional organizational leads and subject matter experts through the development phase to accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. Must be goal oriented, action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
