Lake Tahoe Wildlife Center is seeking a Development & Communications Manager to lead fundraising, communications, and outreach efforts. This full-time role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates across teams to advance LTWC’s mission and community presence.
Responsibilities include managing major gifts, grant programs, events, corporate sponsorships, and annual campaigns, while guiding the outreach department and citizen-engagement efforts.
Schedule: This is a full-time position that follows a 40-hour workweek with the possibility of partial remote work.Typical hours are Monday-Friday during daytime hours, with some work required on occasional evenings,holidays, and weekends.
Compensation: Hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay range of $24-$28 per hour, based onexperience.
