Job summary

Orange Grove Centers seeks a creative, organized Development & Communications Coordinator to join our Development team. You will use writing, communication, project management, and relationship-building to engage employees, volunteers, donors, community partners, and supporters across the organization.

You'll develop communications, support grant research, coordinate volunteer opportunities, maintain donor data, and create digital content that showcases impact and drives involvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools.

Orange Grove Centers is seeking a creative, organized, and relationship-focused Development & Communications Coordinator to join our Development team.

This position offers the opportunity to use your writing, communication, project management, relationship-building, and creative skills to help advance the mission of Orange Grove Centers and increase engagement with our employees, volunteers, donors, community partners, and supporters.

In this role, you will help develop compelling communications, support grant research and reporting, coordinate volunteer opportunities, maintain donor and volunteer information, create digital and social media content, and strengthen communication across the organization.

You will work with departments throughout Orange Grove to gather stories, information, and outcomes that demonstrate the impact of our work. You'll help turn those stories into content that connects people to our mission and inspires them to get involved.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, creating, organizing, connecting people, and seeing their work make a difference.
