Wellspring is seeking a Development & Communications Manager to join its Development team in Kentucky. You will advance Wellspring’s mission through donor stewardship, event management, and compelling communications across print and digital media, while coordinating volunteers and supporting fundraising initiatives.

The Development & Communications Manager is an integral part of Wellspring’s Development team working to advance Wellspring’s mission, vision, values, and philanthropic relationships. The scope of work includes donor stewardship, event management, creating visually appealing print and social media communications, volunteer coordination and general fundraising activities that include soliciting monetary and material gifts, promoting Wellspring, and increasing awareness of mental illness recovery.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree preferred.
