• Cultivate donor relationships via phone, visits, and written contact.
• Achieve fundraising and donor contact goals as assigned.
• Prepare donor acknowledgment letters for major gifts.
• Coordinate worship opportunities and spiritual education for residents.
• Provide pastoral care and guidance to clients and staff.
• Represent the agency at public events as needed.
