Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Knowledge of issues facing the Jewish community and passion for UJA-Federation's mission.
• Ability to initiate and follow through on self-defined goals and objectives while remaining part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Educate donors and prospects about the mission of UJA-Federation of New York and inspire giving.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase dollars for the annual campaign.
• Oversee the Annual Trusts and Estates Event and contribute to donor pipelines across groups.
• Develop programming for T&E and other groups to build long-term donor leadership.
• Provide support to the T&E Executive Committee and other groups (agenda setting, reporting, minutes).
• Maintain records of donor engagement and evaluate progress with supervisor.
• Research potential prospects and monitor philanthropic trends in the legal community.
