Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning required.
• 0–1 year of experience.
• Foundational understanding of, or eagerness to learn, the entitlement and due diligence process.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and teams across markets.
• Eagerness to learn and grow technical real estate development and project management skills under mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence efforts by coordinating consultant reports, including survey, Phase I, wetlands, and traffic reports.
• Review due diligence findings and monitor project budgets and invoices.
• Assist in preparing entitlement submittals and presentations, including project narratives, PowerPoints, code research, and consultant and municipality coordination.
• Coordinate neighborhood meetings.
• Support permit review and approval submittals.
• Manage review comments and required applications.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, meeting agendas and minutes, and project documentation.
• Support post-closing and closeout activities.
• Gather diligence materials, approvals, and permits.
• Coordinate as-built surveys and FEMA follow-up.
