TPIRC seeks an energetic, highly communicative, and mission-driven Development Associate to join our Philanthropy team. Ideal for an outgoing professional with a background or strong interest in sales, public relations, or community outreach, this role serves as a primary relationship builder for our organization. You will take complete ownership of TPIRC’s Volunteer Program while supporting direct donor engagement, special events, storytelling, and social media outreach. This position bridges high-touch community connections with essential campaign operations to inspire involvement and elevate TPIRC’s mission.
