Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Development and Intake Supervisor for the Southeast and Central Ohio region. The role leads intake operations and workforce support for the OhioRISE program, aiming to improve processes and linkage to care for youth and families.

The successful candidate will supervise Referral Specialists, manage onboarding documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services or care coordination in a behavioral health setting is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience working with multi-system youth or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is required.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Development and Intake Supervisor in the Southeast and Central Ohio region. Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community‑mindful, forward‑thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and wellbeing by meeting them in their homes and communities and connecting them to the resources they need. The OhioRISE Development & Intake Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for intake, transfers of care, onboarding requirements, and workforce support activities for the OhioRISE program, improving operational processes that reduce administrative burden while enhancing care coordination service linkage to youth and families.

Salary

Annual salary: $52,609.67 – $63,282.33 (based on experience, education, and licensure).

Essential Functions

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Referral Specialists and the OhioRISE Development Coordinator through team meetings, regular communication, coaching, and supervision.
• Oversee the OhioRISE care coordination intake and referral process to ensure timely and accurate linkage to care coordination in accordance with program requirements and established timelines.
• Analyze management reports, workforce metrics, and electronic case records to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and operational needs in order to optimize workflow procedures.
• Monitor tracking and documentation of OhioRISE‑specific onboarding activities to ensure team members have a welcoming, organized, and consistent onboarding experience.
• Maintain oversight of all OhioRISE training documentation and reporting requirements necessary for audits, compliance reviews, and program oversight.
• Ensure support planning and coordination of professional development activities, including scheduling speakers, organizing materials, tracking attendance, and coordinating logistics.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelines.
• Travel within designated service areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education / Licensure

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services or care coordination services, or administrative support in a behavioral health setting, is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience working in the behavioral health field is required, preferably with multi‑system youth or individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of community health and human services systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of high‑fidelity wraparound services is preferred (training provided post‑hire).
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and develop presentations.
• Ability to maintain confidential information is required.
• Advanced organizational skills are required.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required.
• An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required.
• Ability to operate, receive and conduct on‑camera video calls and/or meetings in an automated office environment is required.
• Ability to manage deadlines within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment is required.
• Ability to effectively operate in an Internet‑based electronic health record (EHR) and other data environments.
• Ability to maintain a high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) is required.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required.
