A nonprofit education organization is seeking a Development and Communications Manager to enhance fundraising efforts through grant research and secure communications. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of nonprofit fundraising experience and superior communication skills. Responsibilities include drafting fundraising proposals and managing digital communications. This position offers remote work opportunities with some travel required. Salary: $75,000 -$80,000 depending on experience

The Development and Communications Manager will facilitate the growth of our fundraising program, with a particular focus on researching, cultivating and securing foundation grants.Additionally, they will be responsible for general organizational communications, including social media, marketing collateral, newsletters, website and publications. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, digitally-savvy, go-getter. The Development and Communications Manager position requires strong digital, relationship management, and planning skills.
