Qualifications

• Around 4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Active CCNP certification or equivalent; Juniper certifications such as JNCIS-ENT welcomed
• Hands-on experience with Juniper routing and switching platforms — configuration, troubleshooting, day-to-day operations
• Solid understanding of enterprise routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and Layer 2/Layer 3 fundamentals
• Ability to contribute to detailed technical documents with guidance and editorial review
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical projects as a developing team member, under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support Juniper routing and switching tasks including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Assist in producing technical documentation with review and feedback from senior team members
• Raise issues to the appropriate senior engineer or leadership
