Job summary

Sharp Decisions is seeking an experienced UI Developer for a long-term contract in Charlotte, NC. You will build scalable front-end applications using React, AG Grid, HTML5, and CSS3, delivering to production on Azure via CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with backend teams to enhance Python/Django APIs and implement robust authentication across environments. The role requires 5+ years of front-end experience, strong TypeScript skills, and a track record of producing high-quality UI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• Strong React experience with modern JS frameworks.
• Experience building production UI applications with TypeScript.
• Experience with AG Grid and server-side data loading.
• Experience delivering software in a CI/CD environment (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Experience with build tooling (Node.js, Vite, npm workspaces/monorepos).
• Experience with authentication/authorization patterns (SSO, OIDC/OAuth2, RBAC).
• Experience building shared UI component libraries and design systems (Storybook).

Responsibilities
