Role Detail: We are searching for a Developer Relations Lead based in the Asia-Pacific region to drive adoption of a cutting-edge decentralized AI protocol by engaging and supporting a vibrant ecosystem of developers and validators. This role requires a deeply technical, articulate, and community-driven individual who can translate complex concepts into accessible content, provide hands-on support to developers, and serve as the bridge between the core development team and the broader community. You’ll lead developer onboarding, create technical documentation and tutorials, engage directly with global developer communities, and surface valuable feedback to inform product and protocol evolution. You'll also play a key role in ecosystem tooling, validator communications, and the ongoing evangelism of AI-powered decentralized applications.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Developer Relations within the Web3 ecosystem
• Strong technical skills with hands-on proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or HuggingFace
• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean is a plus
• Proven track record of building in Web3 environments—such as deploying smart contracts, contributing to devtools, or working on testnets
• Established or emerging public profile on platforms like Twitter, GitHub, YouTube, or podcasts, with an interest in sharing knowledge and engaging the community
• Confident in hosting events, speaking at conferences, and cultivating relationships across a diverse, international developer community—particularly within the Asia-Pacific region
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, approachable manner
• Bonus: Experience as a founder, early-stage contributor, or core team member at a Web3 or AI-focused startup
