FlarePort is seeking a Senior Developer Relations professional to lead onboarding, publish tutorials, and run community programs that accelerate readiness integrations. You will translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate with product and marketing on launch strategies.

You will be the first interaction many developers have with FlarePort—crafting narrative demos, documentation, and community programs that help teams ship readiness integrations in record time.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer onboarding path from hello world to production launch
• Produce tutorials, sample apps, and webinars on readiness API design
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights
• Support hackathons, partner launches, and certification programs
• Build and nurture a community of marketplace engineers across Slack and events

How We Measure Success

• Time-to-first-success for new developers drops below 2 days
• Quarterly shipped enablement artifacts deliver >30% adoption growth
• NPS of workshops and webinars remains above 55
• Community knowledge base resolves 60% of repeat questions asynchronously

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developer relations, product engineering, or solutions architecture
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts through content or talks
• Comfort building sample apps in TypeScript/React and at least one backend language
• Strong storytelling skills and presence in live or recorded formats
• Experience partnering with product and marketing on launch strategies

Bonus Points

• Operated or supported marketplace or payments platforms
• Audience development experience across YouTube, Twitch, or podcasts
• Familiarity with MCP, LangChain, or similar agent stacks

Compensation: Cash + equity aligned with senior ICs at Series A startups.
