Job description

Location : Austin, TX (Remote within TX)

Duration : 3 months Contract with extension renewal in Aug 2025

• Support the development and maintenance of multiple applications operating in complex Java and Oracle environments.
• Provide Information Technology services necessary to implement and deploy selected client projects.
• Develop program modules that meet client, DIR, and W3C specifications and agency standards.
• Support System Acceptance / User Acceptance testing and resolve related issues.
• Possess advanced knowledge of Java and Oracle environments.
• Have extensive knowledge of the Texas Integrated Data Exchange Node (TIDEN).

Candidate Skills and Qualifications :

Experience

• Required: 7+ years of experience as an Enterprise Developer in Java.
• Required: 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Developer in Oracle database (SQL and PL/SQL).
• Preferred: Good working knowledge of XML and database connectivity.
• Preferred: Proficient understanding of system networking and full-stack Java web application development.
