JOB TITLE: Developer Programmer Analyst 3

CAYUSE COMPANY: Cayuse Civil Services, LLC

LOCATION: Remote

SALARY: $90,000.00- $130,000.00

This is a pipeline position for upcoming opportunities

The Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 will support the development and enhancement of applications serving Texas school districts.

This role requires working across multiple agency stakeholders to ensure accuracy, efficacy, and alignment with business goals while focusing on delivering transformative technology solutions to benefit Texas school districts while fostering excellence in software development practices and stakeholder collaboration.

This position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and other modern Microsoft technologies.

  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a SCRUM/Agile environment.

  • Analyze and enhance existing complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.

  • Develop scalable, high-performance financial system solutions, ensuring seamless Oracle database integration.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

  • Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline legacy projects, ensuring alignment with business and organizational objectives.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

  • 5 yrs: amiliarity with Project-Specific Tools such as JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, Confluence etc.

  • 5 yrs: SCRUM/Agile methodologies

  • 3 yrs: Prior Texas State Agency Experience
