Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u in North Chicago, IL invites a Developer Mainstream III who will bridge design and development to create analytics-oriented web pages and apps. You will wireframe, prototype, and design layouts using HTML/CSS and modern tools.

You’ll collaborate with UX and data teams, conduct user testing, and build compelling, user-centered concepts. 1–3+ years of professional experience and a design portfolio are required; power-user communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of professional experience
• Plan and design data analytics web pages and apps using wireframes, prototypes, and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create blueprints for what the solution will look like.
• Use front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS) to create/clean up layouts, interactive features, or execute other design ideas.
• Collaborate with UX and data teams: bridge requirements between design and development teams. conduct user testing, A/B testing, and other forms of research in collaboration with the UX team as needed.
• Proven experience designing/developing business concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, or prototypes
• Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
• Excellent people skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Bachelor's in a Design-related field, or equivalent work experience
