Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled integrator to develop and support HR technology integrations, including Oracle HCM Cloud extensions and API-based data exchange. You will work across middleware, databases, and enterprise systems to deliver reliable solutions and enhancements.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years delivering software, strong C# and Angular capabilities, and familiarity with security protocols and DevOps practices. PowerBI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS/Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience building and delivering software solutions.
• Experience in developing and supporting integrations in an enterprise environment; HR Technology experience is a plus.
• Proficient with integration platforms and tools such as Oracle OIC, SSIS, Autosys and Apigee.
• Strong C#, Angular, .NET experience; high proficiency in C# and Angular preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Experience with GitHub, branching strategies, PRs, and DevOps concepts.
• Experience with API-based interactions between complex systems; data exchange and middleware.
• PowerBI is a plus; familiarity with HR systems like HCM APIs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and design integrations and extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud and other tools; integrate HR systems with enterprise databases.
• Provide production support for standard and custom components; deliver enhancements and bug fixes.
• Work with data exchange, middleware, and API technologies to enable data synchronization between systems.

Job description

Responsibilities

• All aspects of application, integration and extensions development within the HR Technology footprint, production support for standard and custom components, solution delivery of new enhancements and bug fixes, and configuration responsibilities.
• Develop, support, and contribute to the design of integrations and extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud and other tools, integrating between HCM and various enterprise systems, applications, and databases.
• Working knowledge of data exchange, middleware, and API technologies to ensure seamless and efficient communication between different systems, enabling streamlined business processes and data synchronization.
• Fall under the company’s Insider Threat Program and have access to, and control over, sensitive data, systems or assets.

Qualifications

• Working proficiency in integration platforms, middleware technologies, and tools such as Oracle OIC, SSIS, Autosys and Apigee.
• Working proficiency in extension tools and languages such as Oracle VBCS, Oracle APEX, .NET, Angular and C#. High proficiency in C# and Angular preferred.
• Good understanding of integration patterns, data transformation techniques, and message queuing protocols.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Working experience with relational databases and SQL, including basic database design and database programming (PLSQL and Oracle REST Data Services preferred).
• Good familiarity with enterprise systems, with HCM experience preferred, and its integration requirements such as HCM APIs, HDL Loader, HCM Extracts and ATOM Feeds.
• Knowledge of security protocols and authentication mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT, and SAML.
• Experience working with API-based interactions between complex systems.
• Experience with source control using GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews, and DevOps concepts from a developer's perspective.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive information technology organization, spanning various disciplines including applications, infrastructure, and business support roles. Agile methodology experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Integrations Professional, are desirable.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience with large data models, data lakes and visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus.
• Oracle Integrations Professional certification.
