We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Developer Engagement Team. The ideal candidate will focus on understanding issues and critical thinking, along with essential qualities for exceptional customer support. As a contractor, you will serve as a vital link between Roblox and its developer community. If you’re passionate about Roblox and eager to contribute to developer success, we want to hear from you.

You Will

• Assist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies.
• Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Dedicate up to 40 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday plus on-call availability during the weekend.

You Have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective time management skills.
• In-depth understanding of Roblox and its community.
• Solid knowledge of Roblox Studio’s technical aspects.
• Experience developing on Roblox or other creation platforms.

For roles based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting pay is $20 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, background, location, and market factors, and may vary. This pay range is subject to change.

Roles based in San Mateo, CA are in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with optional in-office days on Monday and Friday.
