Job summary

Replit is seeking a Social Media Support Specialist to help developers with technical issues, billing questions, and product inquiries while managing our social presence across platforms.

You will use Zendesk, Sprout Social, and internal tools to respond quickly, escalate when needed, and voice users' needs to engineering, product, and marketing. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Foster City, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of social media support experience on major platforms.
• Experience with Zendesk and Sprout Social preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with metrics.
• Strong written communication for public-facing channels.
• Comfort with autonomy, ambiguity, and public brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Handle account, billing, and product issues via support tickets and social channels.
• Respond to inquiries on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and app stores; expand coverage as needed.
• Monitor channels for feedback, issues, and sentiment; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Represent user stories to engineering/product and align messaging with marketing.
