Job summary

Judi Health seeks a Process Engineering Developer to craft solutions for internal workflow systems and automation, with emphasis on cost optimization and engineering excellence.

You will leverage Atlassian products to shape roadmaps, design scalable components, and tackle technical debt while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys across call-center systems and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• 2+ years of experience as a developer with focus on Atlassian products.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman/SOAPUI).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
• Preference for healthcare/Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert in Workflow Tooling with a focus on Atlassian products.
• Assist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on workflow automation platforms.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, performant components and workflows.
• Identify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform.
• Participate in code reviews and QA processes, providing constructive feedback.
• Partner with teams to create meaningful customer journeys across call center systems.
• Correct production issues impacting service, revenue or fulfillment with urgency.

Position Summary

The Process Engineering Developeris responsible fordeveloping solutions for internal stakeholders, in our workflow management tools. This role will collaborate with business partners toenumerate, document, and implement their workflow and workflow automation tasks and requests. With a specific focus on cost optimization and cost engineering.

• Partner with our teams to create meaningful and impactful customer journeys across all associated call center systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciencein Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceis preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a developer
• 2+ years of experience as a developer, with a focus on Atlassian products
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding ofPostMan, SOAPUI, or other API testing tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies.
• Preference for those who haveworkingin the health care industry with a strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Managementexpertise.

New York, NY Salary Range $147,200 — $180,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range $132,000 — $165,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range $120,000 — $150,000 USD
