• Experience with Slack integration and Agentforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, manage, configure, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications.
• Understand all aspects of enterprise configuration and changes related to releases.
• Develop Salesforce-based applications, debug code, monitor systems, and deploy to production.
• Maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures.
• Proactively monitor services to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology modifications affecting business processes.
• Implement new functionality via Agile-based processes with various teams.
• Manage tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment with stakeholder satisfaction.

• Strong working knowledge of APEX (classes, triggers, and web services), Salesforce APIs, SOQL, LWC, Force.com platform, and Communities.
• Experience working with Agentforce applications and Slack integration.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including estimating, designing, building, unit testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in writing clear and concise technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience using Source Control Management systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Certified Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certifications.
• Additional certifications in Force.com and Integration are a plus.
• Experience participating in product and feature design with technical staff, business systems analysts, and product managers.
