Add additional notes here:
  • Search: MLOps, Kubernetes, K8s, Docker, Open Source, Python, Linux, Machine
    Learning.
  • The hiring team is looking for a DevOps-minded engineer who happens to be great at communication. If the candidate hasn't touched a terminal or a Kubernetes cluster in the last year, they are likely too far removed from the tech stack for this role.
  • Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer
  • Look for people with active GitHub profiles who have contributed to ML/AI projects.
  • Former Technical Founders: People who started their own tech companies often make great advocates because they know how to pitch, code, and build a community simultaneously.
  • comfortable writing a technical tutorial as they are networking at a 7 PM mixer. They need to be the 'Face of Michelangelo' to the external world. If they aren't willing to work the 'split shift' to attend local evening events, they aren't the right fit.
