Job summary

PingWind is seeking a motivated Software Developer to design, develop, and implement modern web applications. You will perform systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation for complex applications, as part of an Agile team focused on scalable, secure software solutions.

Responsibilities include building with Java/Spring Boot and Angular, deploying in AWS, designing RESTful APIs, and modernizing legacy systems within a SAFe/ Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Node.js for backend services or build tooling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in an AWS environment.
• Experience with Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience writing SQL for a major database (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with API design and documentation (e.g., JSON, OpenAPI).
• Familiarity with source control tools like Git.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis and remediation.

Location: Ft. Knox Ky, Full Time Remote
Required Clearance: Active Secret
Certifications: Active CompTIA Security+ / IAT level II certification
Required Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related degree.
Required Experience: Must have 2-4 years of experience. Minimum of two (2) years of agile development with either Azure Dev Ops or Jira with Git repositories, building and supporting Web and Cloud based applications. Army HRC ASBS or companion systems experience is a plus.

Salary Range

$76k-$106K
