Fairstead ESC LLC, a mission-driven real estate firm, seeks a Developer for Development and Affordable Housing to advance acquisitions, rehabilitation and development (Section 8, LIHTC, Public Housing) across core US markets. You will report to development leadership and guide teams through underwriting, entitlements, and construction.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in real estate development, with strong Excel-based financial modeling, governance, and communication skills.

The Developer, Development, Affordable Housing, supports all aspects of affordable housing acquisitions, rehabilitation and development (Section 8, Public Housing, LIHTC, etc.) in core markets across the US. The Developer will report to development leadership.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 USD
