Our hiring engine has been created by profiling 100+ proven superheroes and calibrated to be a litmus test to identify them.

Responsibilities:

1. Use LinkedIn and popular job boards to source relevant candidates, which will take over half your day.
2. Screen and process candidates while building rapport with them.
3. Collaborate and support the rest of the recruitment team.
4. Troubleshoot and make clear decisions based on analytical thinking.
5. Embody the Urban Ashram values of integrity and transparency.

1. Ability to understand what someone is saying and clearly communicate your thoughts.
2. Know how to manage your desk and yourself.
