Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist in Detroit, MI, to perform diagnostic CT exams and uphold high standards of patient safety and care. This role emphasizes accurate imaging, clear communication with patients, and collaboration within a radiology team.

The CT Technologist will verify patient information, collect medical history, assess risk, and remain prepared to respond to emergencies while potentially assisting with general radiography as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred.
• BLS (AHA) required by completion of orientation.
• Minimum 1+ year experience as a Radiologic Technologist or advanced CT certification.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging techniques and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations under general supervision to ensure high-quality imaging.
• Ensure patient safety and effective communication throughout the imaging process.
• Verify patient information and gather medical history; assess risk factors and respond to emergent situations.
• May support general radiography as needed.
