Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects in Detroit from preconstruction through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, clients and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Identify and resolve project issues and potential risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
