Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of a nationally ranked law firm, seeks a full-time Commercial Litigation Paralegal for one of our Michigan branch offices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation, supports discovery, trial prep, depositions, and legal research for Labor & Employment defense teams.

A bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate is required; eDiscovery software proficiency is also essential. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in litigation.
• Experience with discovery phases and trial preparation.
• Experience summarizing depositions, medical records, and employment records.
• Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
• Labor & Employment defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with depositions, evidence gathering, and legal research.
• Support trial preparation and deposition logistics.
• Summarize records and depositions for case files.
