Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid driver's license and Safe From Harm training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to collect data for admission decisions.
• Record medical data and medications in client records.
• Schedule physical examinations by physician and nursing staff.
• Monitor medical status and vital signs as instructed by the physician.
• Provide First Aid and assist in emergencies.
