Four Pillars Recovery in Pinetop, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support adults in detox and co-occurring conditions. Under the Director of Nursing, you will provide 24/7 care in a 17-bed facility, delivering evidence-based care with a focus on safety.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, monitor withdrawal, administer medications, document care, and educate patients.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; detox/behavioral health preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgement and crisis response skills.
• Proficient with EMR and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Conduct admission screening and intake assessments.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitoring of withdrawal.
• Administer medications per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and document withdrawal symptoms.
• Respond to emergent clinical situations ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Educate patients on withdrawal, medications, and recovery support.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Support a therapeutic, respectful treatment environment.
