Located between Dallas and Fort Worth, we provide residential and outpatient addiction treatment services in a compassionate environment supported by a strong culture of teamwork.

Education & Experience

• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
• Associate’s degree with an emphasis in nursing preferred
• One (1) year of experience in behavioral or healthcare setting, including direct patient care, preferred
• Experience in substance abuse treatment facility preferred
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Patient Care Technician Certification (PCTC) preferred
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred

Compensation & Shift Differentials

• Starting pay: $20.00/hr
• Night shift differential: $5.00/hr
• Weekend night differential: $5.50/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient care according to treatment plans
• Measure vital signs and monitor patient health
• Assist patients with daily needs
• Communicate with nursing and clinical staff regarding patient status
• Accurately record treatment activities and observations
• Transport patients as needed
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques
