Job summary

Armada Recovery is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide essential care for patients undergoing withdrawal management. You will monitor health, administer medications, and support the treatment plan while coordinating with nurses, providers, and the care team.

The role reports to the Director of Nursing and involves ensuring safety, accurate documentation, and effective communication with patients and families. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and ability to practice.
• College or University education or equivalent.
• Experience with withdrawal management protocols.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of private health information.

Responsibilities

• Gather initial history and physical information from new clients.
• Administer and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patient health and vitals in withdrawal program.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff on treatment plans.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
