Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Facility Drivers for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll safely transport clients for admits, discharges, and appointments, handling documentation and lab specimens as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Current and valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Dignified, respectable character reflecting recovery principles.
• Extensive knowledge of motor vehicle laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation schedule; safely transport clients for admit, discharge and appointments.
• Collect and deliver external appointment documentation and lab specimens as necessary.
• Engage clients on peer support level during transport and assist with luggage.
• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, fueled, and ready for use at all times.
• Assist with custodial and maintenance duties when not transporting clients.
