Qualifications

• MUST have LAC, LSW, CADC, or LCADC.
• Minimum one-year experience in the substance abuse field, detox preferred.
• Experience conducting group sessions.

Responsibilities

• New patient intake and orientation.
• Facilitates orientation groups with patients.
• Conducts group sessions for all patients.
• Addresses patient's concerns and helps eliminate possibility of AMA.
• Provides Case Management.
• Documentation in patient medical record.
