Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience as a BHA1 preferred.
• Six months or more experience with the specific population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety and provide a positive, empathetic environment.
• Document clinical information in patient records accurately and timely.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transportation as needed.
• Support treatment goals and participate in rehabilitation activities.
