Job summary

Constellation West is seeking a Deterrence Analyst Expert for a Full Time role at Offutt AFB, NE. The candidate will apply expert knowledge of deterrence theory, models and strategy to US defense policy and nuclear enterprise challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in US defense policy, strategy, or plans related to strategic deterrence.
• Master’s degree required; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge of deterrence theory, models and strategy.
• Knowledge of historical US deterrence strategies and nuclear matters.
• Knowledge of game theory.
• Knowledge of strategic military strategy, planning, operations, and the nuclear enterprise.
• Recent publication in strategic studies/deterrence/nuclear matters within 5–10 years desirable.
