Responsibilities

• Supervise detention officers and assigned security personnel during daily detention operations.
• Monitor resident movement, housing operations, facility security procedures, and staff performance for compliance and accountability.
• Conduct inspections of housing units, operational areas, and security equipment to identify safety concerns or deficiencies.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, medical incidents, security breaches, and resident concerns with appropriate response procedures.
• Provide operational guidance, training support, and mentorship to detention officers on procedures and emergency response.
