Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or resident alien.
• Must be 18+ at time of appointment.

• Pass background, polygraph, medical and drug tests.
• Must obtain AZ driver’s license upon appointment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the jail facility.
• Respond to emergencies and manage crises.
• Supervise housing units up to 144 occupants.
• Document movement and activities of inmates.
• Inspect and search inmate housing areas.
• Administer first aid when needed.
• Maintain detention records.
