Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals following routine menus and dietician-certified guidelines.
• Serve meals to detainees and staff in housing units and staff areas.
• Deliver and stock meals, sacks and utensils; manage food orders and delivery to units.
• Operate or assist with dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and a clean work environment per facility standards.
