Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Worker to support meal preparation and service inside the Wake County Detention Center. You will follow planned menus, maintain a clean, food-safe workstation, and work as part of a correctional kitchen team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 21+ years old.
• Experience in institutional food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of quality foods per menu and recipes.
• Maintain a neat, food-safe workstation and pull trash, clean as you go.
• Serve meals on schedule and per department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook according to recipes.
• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• Stand, bend, and move during extended shifts as required.
