Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of detainees.
• Provide counseling, psychotherapy, and substance abuse education.
• Utilize EMR for clinical documentation and data entry.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Promote coordinated, evidence-based behavioral health care within the facility.
• Lead or participate in performance improvement activities as needed.
• Provide education and training to ICE and medical staff on behavioral health topics.
