BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Administrative Assistant assigned to the Eddy County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division plays a critical support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the Division. This position provides comprehensive administrative assistance to detectives, supervisors, and command staff, helping manage sensitive documentation, maintain investigative records, and coordinate logistics related to casework and division functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in working within a law enforcement or legal setting. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings (both in and out of state), and perform all other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
