Description of the role:

As a Detailer/Lot Attendant at Volvo Cars of Virginia Beach, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles on our lot and for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring that our inventory is presented in a pristine and appealing manner.

Responsibilities

  • Washing and detailing vehicles according to company standards
  • Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the lot
  • Assisting with vehicle inventory management
  • Providing exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
  • Check in new inventory, assign stock numbers, and clean vehicles for display on the property
  • Exchange vehicles with other dealerships
  • Clean new and pre-owned inventory
  • Complete complimentary car washes for service customers

Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and acceptabledriving record
