We are looking to hire a full-time Lot Attendant / Service Porter. We seek a reliable and experienced individual, preferably with automotive dealership experience, to join and grow with our team!

Lot Attendant / Porter Responsibilities:

• Transport vehicles to and from pickup/drop-off locations
• Wash and prepare vehicles for pickup
• Transport vehicles to and from service drive and parking lot as needed
• Keep the car lot clean and organized
• Maintain service drive cleanliness
• Organize the service drive and customer parking areas
• Perform quality inspections on vehicles after detail and service
• Maintain the appearance and merchandising of new and used vehicle inventory
• Detail sold vehicles for customers
• Greet sales and service customers upon arrival and departure
• Valet customer vehicles

Lot Attendant / Porter Requirements:

• Experience as a lot attendant, porter, or valet is helpful
• Ability to follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions

Additional Responsibilities:

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles, including collision-damaged, old, and new vehicles
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure high-quality service
• Understand and meet specific customer requirements
• Maintain proper functioning of all service tools and equipment
• Report any vehicle damage to the supervising manager promptly
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with team members
• Uphold high standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned
