Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Bridgewater is hiring an energetic detailer to clean and prepare vehicles, assist with the repair process, and maintain shop cleanliness. This full-time position offers on-the-job training, competitive pay, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• Needs strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to follow processes and communicate with management and team.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail customer vehicles before delivery; assist with washing and preparing vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shop, production areas, customer areas, and exterior of the facility.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris to support a safe, professional environment.
• Monitor inventory of detailing products, cleaning supplies, and other shop materials.
• Notify management when supplies are low and need to be reordered.
• Assist with receiving and checking in parts deliveries; inspect incoming parts for visible damage.
• Verify that all parts listed on the invoice were received and properly label and organize parts to the correct repair order.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts to management immediately.
• Assist production and management teams with other duties to keep the repair process moving efficiently.

• Previous detailing or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred.
