Job summary

Ciocca Collision of Red Lion is hiring a collision technician to join our growing team. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and a drive to help customers while contributing to our community and your career goals.

We offer an hourly flat rate, full-time schedule Monday through Friday, PTO/holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, access to top insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Employee discounts on services are also available.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, frame experience a plus or willing to learn/train.
• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair and State Vehicle Inspector (preferred).
• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
