Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and refresh product displays in local stores, starting early in the morning. You will drive your own vehicle to assigned locations, rotate and replenish products, and maintain tidy shelves. Mileage is reimbursed while on clock. This role requires weekend work and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

The position emphasizes physical activity—lifting 15–40 lbs—and frequent movement throughout shifts in a high-energy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must work weekends/holidays and off shift.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull and handle products (15–40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided while on the clock.
• Check in and out with the manager on duty.
• Merchandise cases from back room to sales floor and stock shelves.
• Rotate products and remove defective or out-of-date items.
• Tidy up shelves and displays, assemble/disassemble temporary displays.

Quick Look

• Pay: $17.45 per hour
• Location: Vidalia, LA
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Start Time: 5:00 am
• End Time: until work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
• You have reliable or personal transportation to work
• You have a have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Merchandise local stores with Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and more, keeping shelves full, fresh, and ready for shoppers.

What You’ll Do

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
